Lucie Gottlieb works with traditional stained-glass techniques. She aims to go back to the original purpose of stained-glass: to depict stories, guiding individuals through cycles of transition, death and rebirth. She draws from symbols and figurative narratives, weaving together strands of fables, folklore, and mythologies; stirring the dust, revisiting familiar grounds and bridging old storytelling traditions with contemporary reflections on transformation and coexistence.
