Lisa Wallert

Lisa Wallert works through ceramic sculpture with material and spatial processes that actualises making, the body, presence, absence, and the transience of all things. She draws inspiration from anatomical studies and from popular culture within genres such as Horror, Sci-Fi, and music like Black Metal, but also from forms and situations in nature where nothing is good or evil, and where life does not exist without death.
