A group exhibition by Miriam Scheller, Sisse Bjerre, Jelle Vanobberghen & Kelly Konings, reimagining traditional crafts in bodily shapes. Challenging industrious making processes by intervening with traditional craft techniques, resulting in innovative ways of creating contemporary textiles and garments. In the selected work, by recent graduates of the Swedish School of Textiles, the body plays an important role. Exploring the synergy between bodily shapes and the materiality of the crafted artifacts.

Artist talk with textile artists Miriam Scheller, Sisse Bjerre, Jelle Vanobberghen, and Kelly Konings in the group exhibition "Exploring Bodily Shapes." The exhibition showcases works where the synergy between the human body and materiality has been explored. Traditional handicraft is redefined, and industrial creative processes are challenged by combining them with classical handicraft techniques. Scheller, Bjerre, Vanobberghen, and Konings are recently graduated master's students from the University of Borås. Together they form the craft art group "Fashioning Crafts Collective".
