Lisa, Malin, and Helena participated in Stockholm Craft Week in 2020 with an exhibition on the theme "Glass and Ice Cream." This year, they have invited artists to the exhibition "Homage" where each participant contributes an artistic tribute to a woman from history. In addition to the exhibition, the artist group is organizing a "Historical Dinner Party" in collaboration with Stockholm Museum of Women's History.

The Historical Dinner Project is a dinner, an action, an activist historical event, and a way to highlight and narrate the works and lives of historical women. In collaboration with the Stockholm Women's History Museum, the exhibitors aim to illuminate how history influences and shapes contemporary craftsmanship. How today's artistic expressions, both our own and others', stand on the shoulders of women who broke new ground, engaged with new materials, experimented freely, or cleared away obstacles to enable what we perceive today. Several artists and artisans will be invited to share their stories. The dinner is closed to the public, but the narratives will be documented and disseminated in other forms.

The exhibition "Homage" is a tribute and artistic interpretation of five historical women who have inspired, infiltrated, stimulated, or enthused the exhibitors. In collaboration with the Stockholm Women's History Museum, they aim to shed light on how history influences and shapes contemporary craft. How today's artistic creations, build upon the achievements of women who have broken new ground, embraced new materials, experimented freely, or overcome obstacles to enable what we witness today. You are welcome to experience five unique tribute works in ceramics, glass, installation, video, and performance. In conjunction with the exhibition, we will also invite you to a "Historical Dinnerparty," where each dinner guest shares a story about a historical woman who has been significant to them.
