Glasakademin

The Glass Academy is a platform for glass artists in Sweden. Among the members there is a great breadth both in techniques and artistic expression. Through the website, social media, workshops, publications and exhibitions, the Glass Academy share information about the contemporary Swedish glass movement and the history of the art form.

Pop Up Pocket

The exhibition "Pop Up Pocket" showcases works by 28 artists from Glasakademin (the Glass Academy). Each piece, no larger than 10x10x10 cm, represents an essence of respective artistic practice. The works are described with handwritten texts, a glass-related bulletin board, and a video collage offering insight into the multifaceted daily lives of the artists.
