Lovén Rolén & Nilsson

Textile artists Sanne Lovén Rolén and Moa-Matilda Nilsson met during their Master’s studies at Konstfack CRAFT! and today share a space at the Studio ABC studio association in Stockholm. While their respective practices share common ground, they differ in expression; Lovén Rolén’s work revolves around the relationship between humans and animals, and the hierarchies that shape it. In Nilsson’s artistic practice, masculinity and gender performativity are explored.
