In autumn 2024, Seafood Gastro — the Michelin-starred restaurant by Mathias Dahlgren at the Grand Hôtel — launched a creative collaboration with students from Konstfack’s Jewellery & Corpus: Ädellab programme. Together with executive chef Staffan Naess, the students explored the intersection of food, art, and design, focusing on objects intended for the dining table. Drawing inspiration from the restaurant’s ingredients, dishes, and serving rituals, they created a series of unique pieces that blend gastronomy with aesthetics. These works were first unveiled at a special event in January and are now being exhibited alongside documentation from the occasion.
