The Some Hands collective is a group of international craft artists who – with backgrounds in ceramics, glass, textiles, jewellery art, and hollowware – create a transdisciplinary narrative with the ambition of challenging traditional boundaries within the field of craft. The members came together in the spring of 2025 during their shared studies in the Master's programme in craft at Konstfack, University of Arts Crafts & Design.

In response to the vibrant red facade of Kulturhuset's The Round Red Room, the artist collective Some Hands has created an atmospheric ecosystem under an eerie red light, with a landscape of curious creatures and vegetation. But look closely – are they living or lifeless, growing or static? Each object is in captivity, along with a captive audience, who are there only to be observed and studied through the glass.
