Hyende, Mumrik, Puff, Pöl, Plymå

In celebration of Handarbetets Vänner's 150th anniversary, the association returns to the neighborhoods around Brunkebergstorg, where it once began. From 2–30 October, you can visit the exhibition "Hyende, Mumrik, Puff, Pöl, Plymå" at the outdoor gallery På Sergels torg. The exhibition features works by students from the association's textile program, who have created pillows based on the theme of dreams, using the weaving technique ikat*.

*The word ikat comes from the Indonesian word mengikat, meaning to tie or bind.
